Refund and Returns Policy

In accordance with the Swedish Consumer Act and EU Law, Andersen Photography reserves the right to refuse refunds as each print is custom made to order. If the print is damaged during transit, or if the print work or paper is flawed, please read my returns policies for fine art prints and for art posters in the sections below.

In terms of the actual art work, I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of my products on this website. However, I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Fine Art Prints

All Andersen Photography fine art prints are printed and shipped by renowned, London-based print-lab ‘ThePrintSpace’. ‘ThePrintSpace’ hold an impressive Trustpilot score of 4.9 based on more than 11,300 reviews. They have very high standards in terms of print quality, packaging, and speedy delivery. ‘ThePrintSpace’ have print studios in London (UK), New York (US), and Düsseldorf (Germany).

As each print is custom made to order, refunds are generally not available.

If the print is damaged during transit: With proper documentation and returning the print, I will do my best to resolve the issue. Please provide photographic evidence to sales@andersen-photography.com so that I can request a replacement from my print provider. In some cases, my print provider may request return of the print, in which case I shall ask you to return the print.

If the print is damaged after delivery: Fine art prints are delicate, so be advised to handle with care. After delivery, it is your responsibility to take care of the print.
Please note that any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Art Posters

All Andersen Photography art posters are printed and shipped by the global print on demand provider ‘Printify’. ‘Printify’ hold an impressive Trustpilot score of 4.7 based on more than 4,400 reviews. They have production in 32 countries, ensuring reliable, on-time delivery, while minimizing both your shipping cost as well as the environmental footprint.

As each print is custom made to order, refunds are generally not available.

In the unfortunate case that your order arrives damaged in the mail, please report your problem to sales@andersen-photography.com within 30 days of receiving the item, and I will arrange for a replacement with my print provider. Be sure to include a description of the problem, details about how the order was packaged, as well as pictures of the damaged item and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).
